Cutest Little Car is going in for her first check-up in a few (they grow up so fast), so my time is limited.

Making Faces at Police Dogs.

Which is worse?

1. Making faces at a police dog.
2. Arresting someone for making faces at a police dog.
3. Asserting making faces at a police dog is animal cruelty.
4. Asserting someone has a Constitutional right to make faces at a police dog.

The latest AP report says the trial has been cancelled, which speaks to the good of *someone* in that local legal system. Still...
